Ribbon-Cutting Events Planned For 2 Revamped Playgrounds In Naperville

NAPERVILLE, IL — The Naperville Park District will celebrate the renovations of two playgrounds will ribbon-cutting ceremonies on Sept. 15.

Renovations recently wrapped on the playgrounds at Fox Hill Greens and Queensbury Greens.

New equipment at Fox Hill Greens includes a jungle gym-style feature called the Tidal Wave Climber and a collaborative feature called the Topsy Turny Spinner. At Queensbury Greens, the updates include spinning equipment, a zipline and a rock climbing wall.

Both playground spaces now have additional picnic tables in an expanded shelter area.

The Fox Hill Greens ribbon cutting will be held Sept. 15 at 4:30 p.m. The Queensbury Greens Ribbon cutting will be held Sept. 15 at 5 p.m.

Light refreshments will be served at both events.
