Samuel Stockton: Escapology Naperville has opened a new escape‑room venue offering immersive, story‑driven, fully private experiences for families, friends, corporate teams, and local groups. Each room places participants inside a themed adventure—such as Batman The dark Night Challenge, Scooby Doo And The Spooky Castle Adventure, A Pirate's Curse, Murder Mansion, Lost City, or Haunted House—where they have one hour to uncover clues, crack codes, and solve puzzles to complete their mission.

The format encourages collaboration, quick thinking, and shared excitement, making it a distinctive entertainment option for residents in the western suburbs. Located 35 miles west of Chicago, near I‑88 and Route 59, Escapology Naperville provides an accessible outing that goes beyond the typical restaurant or movie night.

Visitors can easily pair the experience with downtown dining, shopping, or a walk along the Naperville Riverwalk, allowing coverage to highlight both the attraction and the broader community.

Patch: How long have you been doing business in town?
Samuel Stockton: We opened to the public June 8th 2026

Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you're in, and how did you get started?
Samuel Stockton: We as a family have enjoyed escape rooms for quite some time and have experienced many. In 2024 my father had passed leaving us some money that we wanted to make into something that we could keep in the family for years to come. As we had done many escape rooms with him and our love for them it seemed to be a good fit. We had found Escapology as a franchise and took the leap. We spent a year and a half building the building into something we could be proud of! We strive to be the best, cleanest and most premier experience with customer experience as our main focus.

Patch: What's the most common piece of advice you give to customers?
Samuel Stockton: Come check us out we promise an amazing experience, we are not your ordinary escape room.

Patch: What's the most satisfying part of your job?
Samuel Stockton: Our customers leaving excited to come back to do another room!

Patch: How would you say your business distinguishes itself from the others?
Samuel Stockton: We are the only escape room franchise offering licensed games such as Scooby and Batman. We strive to be next level.
