DuPage Medical Group Welcomes 
3 Experienced Physicians

DuPage Medical Group, the largest independent, multi-specialty physician group in the Chicago area, recently expanded with the addition of three experienced physicians: 

• Dr. David McElligott specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of adults with lung cancer, pulmonary diseases and smoking cessation. Prior to his arrival at DMG, McElligott was an attending physician at Loyola University Medical Center. 

After earning a medical degree from Saint Louis University in Missouri, he completed his residency at Loyola University Medical Center, where he also completed fellowship training in pulmonary and critical care medicine. He is a member of the American Thoracic Society and the American College of Chest Physicians. He is on staff at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital, Central DuPage Hospital and Edward Hospital. 

• Dr. Raghu Pulluru is a board certified orthopaedic and sports medicine surgeon who specializes in knee and shoulder arthroscopy, sports injuries and knee replacement. Prior to joining DMG, he worked in private practices in the greater Chicago area.

Pulluru earned a medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he also completed his residency. He completed a fellowship in sports medicine at Louisiana State University. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Medical Association. He is affiliated with Central DuPage Hospital and Edward Hospital.

• Dr. Irina Domjan is a hospitalist who treats adults for a variety of conditions including asthma, cholesterol, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, emphysema, hypertension and women’s health issues. 

Domjan earned a medical degree from Loyola University and completed her residency in internal medicine at Loyola University Medical Center. She received the MAGIS star for Excellence in Patient Care During her time working as an Assistant Professor at Loyola University Medical Center. She is a member of the Society of Hospital Medicine and affiliated with Edward Hospital.
