Classic Cinemas’ Ogden 6 Theatre in the Ogden Mall, located at 1227 East Ogden Avenue in Naperville, has now completed an extensive refurbishing which touched all six auditoriums as well as updating of the washrooms. A new three-color scheme (blue, red, and plum) was carried throughout all six theatres, with the walls of each theatre receiving more than just a facelift. Each auditorium had an upgrade to its sound isolation system, bringing state-of-the-art acoustics to the spaces.
“We are very excited to have completed the remodeling of Ogden 6. When the theatre first started showing movies in 1976, it was an early example of the multi-screen cinemas,” says Willis Johnson, president of Classic Cinemas. Nowadays, the theatre’s six auditoriums boast Dolby Stereo Surround Sound with SDDS Digital sound. With the new sound isolation the sound quality is greatly improved. Willis adds, “We are committed to making sure all of our theatres are better places for our customers, leaving them with the ultimate movie-going experience.”
