Armed Bank Robbery Under Investigation In Naperville

NAPERVILLE, IL — The FBI is investigating an armed bank robbery that took place in Naperville Friday.

The incident took place in the 300 block of Diehl Road, according to a city alert. No was was hurt during the robbery and the suspect fled the scene by car after the robbery, according to police.

No additional details were available as of 1:30 p.m. Friday and questions were being directed to FBI Chicago, but police cautioned residents to "always stay vigilant" of their surroundings and to report suspicious activity by calling 911.
