ASL Interpreter Scheduled for July 30 "Sound of Music" Performance
Summer Place Theatre plans show for final weekend of the run.
The performance of "The Sound of Music" on Saturday evening, July 30, will be enhanced by sign language interpreter Patti Shore Kaden, EIPA, IL, RID. Patrons are encouraged to enter the doors on the lower level of the theatre for the best view of Kaden.
It has long been a tradition of The Summer Place Community Theatre to provide an interpreted performance and Kaden has signed many shows for Summer Place. Kaden signs for several local theatres, as well as for concerts and other public appearances.
"The Sound of Music" opened on July 15 and has been enthusiastically received by audiences every weekend. The final shows are July 29, 30, and 31.
