Armed Suspect Sought After Naperville Bank Robbed: Feds
FBI officials are investigating a "violent" bank robbery that took place at a Fifth-Third Bank in Naperville Tuesday morning.
NAPERVILLE, IL — FBI agents are searching for a suspect who used a handgun to rob a Naperville bank Tuesday morning, a news release said. The robbery, which FBI Chicago described as "violent," took place at the Fifth-Third Bank at 2644 Showplace Dr. just after 9 a.m.
The suspect fled on foot after the robbery and headed west from the bank, FBI officials said.
Several Indian Prairie School District 204 schools were locked down as a "precaution" Tuesday morning, according to a statement from the district.
