Benet Academy Records ACT Scores Well Above State Average

The 2013-14 graduating class had an average composite score of 28.8.

Benet Academy Class of 2014 posted an average composite score of 28.8 on the A.C.T. This is the eleventh consecutive year Benet Academy has posted a composite A.C.T. score of 28 or higher.

All Benet students take the examination during their junior year. The Illinois composite average was 20.7 and nationwide the average was 21.0.

Stephen Marth, principal of Benet Academy states, “Because objective measures of student achievement such as the ACT allow us to quantify the academic successes of our students, it is gratifying to see that collectively the Benet Academy Class of 2014 accomplished so much during their high school years. Thanks to their individual efforts, the dedication of their teachers, and the support of their families, they have attained the academic excellence that they sought so passionately.
