Bernicky Law Firm Welcomes New Attorney

Bernicky Law Firm is pleased to announce that Maura G. Zalc has joined the firm as an associate.

Mrs. Zalc practices in the areas of bankruptcy, debt settlements and negotiations, consumer fraud, personal injury, insurance coverage matters, real estate, and business.

Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Zalc began her career as an in-house attorney for New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Companies and then brought her in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry to her trial practice. She has successfully brought numerous cases to verdict in New Jersey, California, and Illinois. She also has extensive experience in many types of arbitration matters.

Mrs. Zalc is a member of the DuPage County Bar Assn., and is admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California, and Illinois. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts of New Jersey, and the Northern District of Illinois. Mrs. Zalc earned her Bachelor of Arts from the Pennsylvania State University, and her Juris Doctor from Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law.
