The West Suburban Health & Wellness Expo, to be held Wednesday, February 4, 2026, from 5 - 9 p.m. at Sandman Sleep, 4400 McCoy DR Unit 104-106 Aurora, combines insights into transformative approaches to health and an array of ideas that really work for your mind and body. Experts will share fun, workable ways to make 2026 your best year ever.

This one-of-a-kind event is a super great way to learn techniques and explore options that will produce results,” says Candice Kuhnen, founder of ABC Communications Inc. and developer of the West Suburban Health & Wellness Expo.
