Police say three men with handguns stole an Audi from a man who was parked at the Jewel at 1227 S. Naper Boulevard Tuesday night.
NAPERVILLE, IL — A car was stolen by three men armed with handguns while it was parked at the Jewel-Osco at 1227 S. Naper Boulevard Tuesday night, according to police.
The victim told police he had just parked his Audi in the lot around 9 p.m. when the three men approached him and demanded his keys at gunpoint. Two of the armed suspects got into the Audi and the third man got into a light-colored SUV that was driven by a fourth suspect, police say.
The Audi and the SUV fled the scene before Naperville police arrived. The Audi, which had not been recovered as of late Wednesday afternoon, was linked to a later carjacking in Cook County.
