Caroling UPS Driver Delivers Dose Of Holiday Joy In Naperville

NAPERVILLE, IL — The holiday season is the busiest time of year for UPS drivers, but that isn't stopping one local driver from delivering an extra dose of joy. When UPS driver Brett Batts drops off a package during the holidays, he raises spirits by belting out Christmas tunes, and a recent video of one of his performances in Naperville has received thousands of shares, NBC reports.

In a post on the social media group "What's Happening in Naperville?" a Lululemon employee writes that Batts dropped off a package and then returned "hours later" because he "forgot to ask if he could sing [them] a Christmas carol."

Batts then belts out "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year" as beaming customers stop what they're doing to watch. The video ends with cheers and applause as Batts humbly bows for the crowd.

Mr. Christmas, as Batts has been nicknamed, doesn't stop at caroling. In the comment thread on his video, residents wrote that Batts delivered packages and left treats for their dog.

When you listen to Batts sing, you realize that's the kind of holiday joy that just can't be packaged.
