Centennial Beach To Kick Off 2023 Season: Hours, Info, More
Centennial Beach is set to reopen May 27, marking the unofficial start of summer in Naperville.

NAPERVILLE, IL — The unofficial start of summer in Naperville is upon us as Centennial Beach preps to open May 27 for its 2023 season.
Throughout the season, Naperville Park District Members can take advantage of early 11 a.m. admission during weekdays. Nonmembers can enter at 11:30 a.m. during the week. On Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day, a member float is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m.

May 27: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
May 28 and 29: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

May 30 through Aug. 16: Weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; weekends from 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. (adult float), Saturdays 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sundays 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
July 4: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
July 23: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Aug. 18: 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Aug. 19: 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. (adult float), 11 a.m. to dusk
Aug. 20: 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. (adult float), 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Aug. 21 and 22: 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Aug. 23 through Aug. 25: Closed
Aug. 26: 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. (adult float), 11 a.m. to dusk
Aug. 27: 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. (adult float), 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Aug. 28 through Sept. 1: Closed
Sept. 2: 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. (adult float), 11 a.m. to dusk
Sept. 3: 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. (adult float), 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sept. 4: 11 a.m. to 6 pm.
Special Needs Nights
Centennial Beach will host three nights for visitors who have special needs. During this time, the pool's shallow end and slide will be open. Admission during these times is $4 per person.
- June 11 and 25 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- July 16 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
General admission to Centennial Beach is as follows:
- Ages three to 17 years old: $7 for residents and $12 for nonresidents
- Adults 18 and over: $9 for residents and $14 for nonresidents
After 5 p.m., visitors age three and older can get in at a reduced rate of $4 for residents and $6 for nonresidents.
About Centennial Beach
Opened in 1932, Centennial Beach features a zero-depth entry pool that extends as deep as 15 feet and features diving boards and waterslides. Guests can also enjoy a splash area, a sand play area, sand volleyball and order snacks at refreshments at Centennial Grill.
