NAPERVILLE, IL — On Wednesday, the Naperville City Council will discuss a potential 262-townhome development for the southern 35 acres of the former Nokia campus at 1960 Lucent Ln.

The discussion comes after the city council denied a proposal to build a data center on the site.

According to city documents, "The property owner is considering residential uses of the property based on feedback received during review of the data center proposal, as well as the City's reliance on its Land Use Master Plan which identifies the future use of the subject property as Medium Density Residential."
