Creepy Man Stood Naked in Front of Girl Riding Bike: Police
"He covered his genitals and did not say anything as she rode past him," police said.

NAPERVILLE, IL — A man in his late 40s or early 50s stood naked in front of a girl as she passed by on her bicycle.
Naperville police say at around 2:15 p.m. July 15, in the area of Prairie and Charles avenues, a white man drove past a 15-year-old girl riding a bicycle.
The man then stopped and got out. He was completely naked except for a baseball hat. The man stood facing her as she rode toward him.

“He covered his genitals and did not say anything as she rode past him. After she passed him, he entered his vehicle and drove away,” police said.
The man was described as being 5’9’’ to 6’3’’ with an average build. He was clean shaved and appeared to be in his mid-40s to early 50s. He was wearing a red baseball hat that possibly had white lettering on it.

His vehicle is a white SUV or possibly a pickup or utility style that may be in beater condition.
