Kids can explore Daniel Tiger's neighborhood starting Jan. 19.

NAPERVILLE, IL --- Kids have a chance to become part of Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood during a new exhibit that's coming to DuPage Children's Museum. The exhibit, entitled Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, A Grr-ific Experience, will open on Jan. 19.

The exhibit will feature several hands-on activities that will allow kids to explore the neighborhood as it appears on TV and learn about "empathy, gratitude, sharing, and diversity," according to a news release from DuPage Children's Museum.

Kids can put on masks and costume pieces to become characters from the beloved PBS show, play musical instruments to create their own tunes, or sing along to songs from "Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood." There will also be several landmarks from the neighborhood that will feature interactive projects and games.
