Dark Horse Pastries began cooking and baking out of the Saage Culinary Studio facility in summer 2015; Saage is located at 2764 Aurora Avenue #104; near Fort Hill Drive. The facility boasts a fully stocked professional kitchen as well as teaching room for culinary classes.
“Saage Culinary Studio is an outstanding facility in which to do my work,” explains Chef Cole. “Preparing meals for catering and private events, plus having a space for the public to come in and shop retail selections is ideal, and this location in central Naperville is accessible to everyone.” Chef Cole notes that his pastries and other offerings are already available for retail sale at Saage Culinary Studio.
