Edward-Elmhurst earns IBM Watson Health 2019 Advantage Award

Edward-Elmhurst Health has been presented a 2019 Advantage Award by IBM Watson Health for Performance Improvement and Efficiency. The award was presented on May 9 during the annual IBM Watson Health Advantage Conference in Orlando, Florida.

The IBM Watson Health Advantage Awards recognize hospitals, health plans, government agencies and employers that are breaking new ground in the use of data and analytics to improve the quality, effectiveness and affordability of healthcare and social programs. Edward-Elmhurst earned the honor for developing an encounters-based workflow utilizing existing software.
