With a ribbon cutting on Nov. 6, community leaders and Warrenville city officials ceremoniously opened the new Edward-Elmhurst Health Corporate Center. The 188,000-square-foot building is located at 4201 Winfield Rd. in Warrenville.

More than 900 Edward-Elmhurst employees will move into the Corporate Center from Edward Hospital in Naperville, Elmhurst Hospital, offices located on Diehl Road in Naperville and a Business Operations Center in Elmhurst.

To tailor the building for its needs, Edward-Elmhurst did a significant interior renovation and buildout featuring an open floor plan with assistance from Whitney Architects and Executive Construction Inc. The commercial real estate firm CBRE represented Edward-Elmhurst Health in the negotiations and managed the project, and Jones Lang LaSalle provided real estate investment management services for the building owner.
