Michael Kimes, MD, board certified in family medicine and board eligible in sports medicine, has joined Edward Medical Group (EMG) at its offices in Naperville at 1331 W. 75th St., Suite 201 (family medicine) and 120 Spalding Dr., Suite 307 (sports medicine).

Dr. Kimes earned his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno, Nevada. He completed his family medicine residency and sports medicine fellowship at Loyola Medicine MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn.

His clinical interests include disease prevention, exercise physiology, hypertension, obesity, osteoarthritis, preventive medicine, primary care, sports medicine, tendonitis and ultrasound guided injections.
