Fundraiser at Sullivan's Steakhouse Benefits Naper Settlement

A multi-course dinner with wine pairings will benefit the Naperville Heritage Society, the administrator of Naper Settlement.

Sullivan's General Manager Troy Smith and Executive Chef Terrell Cole developed the menu.

The menu is as follows:

First Course

Herb Marinated Jumbo Shrimp with Vanilla Honey Glaze

Pulled Duck Spring Roll over Black Cherry Reduction

Featuring Petite Syrah, Napa 2004

Third Course

Arugula and Watercress tossed in Apple Vinaigrette with Crumbled Goat Cheese

Fourth Course

Filet Mignon served over Grilled Zucchini and Bordelaise

Fifth Course

Black Forest Crème Brulee
