Featuring chiles grown specifically for us by our grower in California, shipped overnight with love, then chopped, sauteed, roasted, pureed, etc. and prepared in an effort to cause you tears of pain and joy at the same time! This dinner is not for the faint of heart, medically impaired, sissies, wimps or whiners. Think we're joking? Think again! The cost of this fiesta of fire is a mere $50 plus tax and tip, which includes the seven courses plus your first cocktail.
