Abhyaasa Yoga welcomes Marty Tribble, RYT & John Arms
Yin is designed as it is a counter balance to yang or active/busy lifestyle. This practice helps relieve chronic muscle tension, inflammation and pain. Deep stretching floor poses are sustained between 2-5 minutes to open the connective tissue, benefiting the joints, fascia, bursa, ligaments, and tendons of the body (the Yin tissues). The class is a mix of passive seated, reclined,
and prone postures for all levels. The perfect practice for those seeing a gentle approach to yoga.
