Exhaust Fan May Have Caused Fire In Multi-Family Home In Naperville

NAPERVILLE, IL — A bathroom exhaust fan may be to blame for a fire that broke out in a multi-family residence in Naperville Thursday, fire officials say.

The blaze started around 9 a.m. in a two-story building in the 1600 block of Westminster Drive. A fire was found in a bathroom on the second floor of the building.

Fire officials say no one was hurt in the blaze and the building was deemed to be habitable. The total damage was estimated at $15,000.
