Fort Hill Fitness presents “Breast Cancer Awareness” on Oct. 25
Speaker is Lauren O'Connor, nurse practitioner with Duly Health and Care (formerly DuPage Medical Group)

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. To help raise awareness of prevention and treatment options, the Naperville Park District’s Fort Hill Wellness Series will focus on breast cancer in the next presentation, set for Monday, October 25 at 7:00 p.m. at Fort Hill Activity Center, in person at 20 Fort Hill Drive. The presentation is free for Fort Hill Fitness members and $5 for nonmembers.
The speaker is Lauren O’Connor, nurse practitioner from the High Risk Breast Clinic at Duly Health and Care, formerly DuPage Medical Group. She will discuss risk factors, types of breast cancer and treatment options, followed by a Q and A session.
“We are happy to welcome Lauren O’Connor to the Wellness Series to bring timely information about breast cancer,” said Kristina McGrath, fitness manager at Fort Hill Fitness. “Breast cancer continues to be the most commonly diagnosed cancer among American women.”
