🏡 URGENT - Foster Homes Needed - Saturday 1/28! 🏡

These dogs and puppies were homeless on the streets of Arkansas in the cold. Arkansas does not have mandatory spay and neuter laws like we do in Illinois and as a result they are overrun with animals. Safe Haven Dog Rescue has the chance to make a big difference for these pups, but we need loving foster homes to make it happen.

REX - About 1 year old, mixed breed, neutered male, up to date on vaccines

Rex is a sweet guy even though humans have let him down. When he was found on the street, he had a leg injury. The vet believes he was hit by a car and the leg healed on its own. Through all of this, Rex has kept his happy-go-lucky demeanor. He loves humans and is happy to play with other dogs. He has not been exposed to cats.

3 Brown Puppies -

These 3 puppies are about 8 weeks old and found on the cold streets of Arkansas. They were taken to the local shelter (which is beyond full). They would like to come to Illinois to start a new life of love and caring.

While you foster, Safe Haven provides you with everything you need including food, treats, toys, collars, leashes, a crate, and provides you with all veterinary care at our participating vet office in Naperville. We also have a very supportive Foster Network to help answer questions and guide you on this incredible, life-saving journey.
