Free Long Johns to First 500 Customers: Hanna Andersson Opening In Naperville

Giveaways planned for May 19-21 at children's clothing store.

NAPERVILLE, IL — Be prepared for long lines as a new children's clothing store opens in downtown Naperville. Retailer Hanna Andersson will open its fourth Illinois store on Friday, May 19, at 140 W. Jefferson St. Doors open at 10 a.m. and customers are urged to get there early, since the first 500 customers will receive a free pair of long johns.

The giveaways will continue on Saturday and Sunday, when the first 100 shoppers will get a free $20 Hanna Andersson gift card.

“We are thrilled to expand our lifestyle brand into Illinois with the new Hanna store in downtown Naperville,
which showcases our terrific brand to many new customers, and also provides a physical store presence to our
loyal catalog and website customers," President and CEO Adam Stone said in a press release. "Being able to provide an in-store experience really brings the Hanna quality to life for customers because they can touch and feel our wonderful product."

The retailer offers clothing for babies through preteens, plus a women's collection and a "Hanna Home" line. The store's children's clothing is "often recognized by its classic bold stripe sleepwear, iconic dresses and tees," the company said
