Gas Leak Closes Part Of Bailey Road In Naperville
Crews from Nicor and the Naperville Fire Department were working together to repair the gas leak Thursday afternoon.
NAPERVILLE, IL — A gas leak closed part of Bailey Road in Naperville Thursday afternoon.
Crews from Nicor and the Naperville Fire Department were at the scene to repair the leak. Bailey Road was expected to be closed for "several hours" from Coach to Ishnala Drive, according to a city notification at 12 p.m.
City officials say fire crews will stay onsite to monitor the situation, but urge that there is "no danger" to the area.
