Items out of compliance were:
- Salmon at 52F inside standing refrigerator. The salmon was moved to a cooler.
- Fruit flies present in utility closet due to odor from soiled wiping cloths. Cloths were removed and an inspection the next day showed no presence of fruit flies.
- No label on container of flour.
- Knives being stored in counters.
- Ice built up in walk in freezer.
The restaurant received a demerit score of 15. Demerit scores start at zero and increase as violations are observed. This is the sum of the weight (Wt) of each item marked.
