Do you have dreams about buying your first home? Hoffman Estates Community Bank and Wintrust Mortgage will host a Homebuyers Seminar on Saturday, January 24 at Hoffman Estates Community Bank, 1375 Palatine Rd., Hoffman Estates, IL at 10 a.m.
The event will offer insight into today’s home buying market so attendees can feel confident purchasing a first home. Representatives from Wintrust Mortgage will discuss how to submit an offer and the importance of a pre-qualification letter. Attendees will also learn the impact of credit and FICO scores and the services available to help build credit.
