How To Observe Veteran's Day In Naperville
The Naperville Municipal band will host a free concert at North Central College to kick off the celebration.

NAPERVILLE, IL --- Naperville residents can pay their respects to veterans in an annual Veteran's Day Concert and a dinner and social on Nov. 11. The free concert, which features patriotic music, kicks off at 3 p.m. at North Central College and the turkey dinner and social hour will begin at 5 p.m. at the local VFW, according to an event page.
The menu will feature appetizers, turkey with trimmings, and dessert. Throughout the evening, local World War II veterans will be on hand to share their personal stories and discuss the meaning Veteran's Day has for each of them.
