Indoor Adventure Park To Open In Naperville's Westridge Court

NAPERVILLE, IL — Kids in Naperville will soon be able to scale climbing walls, dash through an obstacle course, and zoom down a giant slide when Funtopia opens up in Westridge Court. The 27,000 square foot facility, which plans a spring opening, will also include party rooms and a special area for toddlers to play.

With locations in six countries worldwide, Funtopia keeps kids active with engaging, hands-on challenges that range from ropes courses and a "cave" exploration to a challenging course that let's kids channel their own inner ninja. "Our attractions are specifically designed to be entertaining and good for the body and mind," Yassen Nikolov of Funtopia said in a new release.

Brixmor Property Group, the company that is leasing the space to Funtopia, said the project will fight right in with Naperville's family-focused atmosphere. Brixmor's Midwest Region President Vince Corno said in a statement, "Funtopia’s mission is aligned with ours in that it focuses on the community in which it’s located. Naperville is a family-oriented community.”

Funtopia, which is set to open before the end of spring, also has a location in Glenview.
