Kitchen Fire Leaves Naperville Home Uninhabitable
The blaze caused an estimated $125,000 in damage.
NAPERVILLE, IL — A Naperville home was left uninhabitable by a fire Saturday evening, according to authorities.
Emergency personnel responded around 6:30 p.m. to a fire alarm in the 30W00 block of Capistrano Court and were met by residents who reported a blaze on the third floor, authorities said.
First responders found a fire in the kitchen of a unit and extinguished the blaze, according to the Naperville Fire Department.

All occupants left the building and no one was hurt, authorities said, but the damage was estimated at about $125,000 and the unit was left uninhabitable. The cause was accidental, according to the department.
