Lawnmower To Blame Naperville Garage Fire: Fire Department

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville fire officials say a lawnmower stored in a garage is to blame for a fire that broke out in the 1400 block of English Court Friday.

Fire crews got to the scene just after 10 p.m. to find smoke and a small fire in a garage attached to the home. Fire officials say it took five minutes to put out the blaze.

The fire did not spread to the interior of the home and no firefighters were injured. A resident was evaluated, treated and released at the scene.
