Man Followed Girls, Asked Personal Questions: Naperville Police
Police are investigating a suspicious incident in which a man approached two middle school girls as they walked near School and Ellsworth.
NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville police are investigating a suspicious incident in which a man approached two middle school girls as they were out walking Tuesday afternoon.
The girls told police the man approached them while they were near the intersection of School and Ellsworth around 4 p.m. and started to ask them personal questions. He then offered to take one of the girls somewhere she enjoyed spending time.
Police say the children did not provide the man with any information, which prompted him to leave them and head west in the direction of Washington Street.

The man was described as a white man with brown hair, standing between five feet 10 inches and six feet tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing jeans and a dark-colored T-shirt.
