Missing Naperville Man Found Safe In Chicago: Cops
The family of Joshua Pannell, 25, of Naperville, say he was found safe in Chicago.

NAPERVILLE, IL — A Naperville man who had been missing since late June was found safe in Chicago, police said in an update Thursday.

The mother of Joshua Pannell, 25, told police her son was last heard from "on or around June 23," when he said he'd be home the following day. Pannell has "not been heard from since," police said in a news release.

Pannell frequently visits Chicago, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Forest Park and Oak Park and often travels via bus or train, according to police. He has a "large tattoo" that reads "Familia" on his left arm; he also has a large black mark on his right shoulder blade.
As of Wednesday, "all other investigative methods have been utilized without success" since Pannell was reported missing, police say. They are urging anyone with information about Pannell's whereabouts to call the Naperville Police Department's Investigations Division at 630-420-6665.
