Mangia!: Festa Italiana To Tantalize Tastebuds At Naper Settlement
Live music, wine, a meatball-eating contest and more will celebrate Italian cuisine and culture at Naper Settlement.
NAPERVILLE, IL — A meatball-eating contest, a wine bar, live music and plenty of food vendors will be coming to Naper Settlement on Aug. 4 through Aug. 6 for Festa Italiana.
Local eateries will serve up pizza, pasta, cannoli and other Italian delights for purchase. A wine bar will be set up to sell drinks to visitors who are 21 and over.
Kids can enjoy the festival too, with rides and fun activities at a dedicated children's area.

On Saturday at 2 p.m., the Pasta Ladies will host a demonstration showing guests how to craft authentic pasta, the Italian way. The meatball-munching contest is slated for 5 p.m. on Saturday.

From 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, performers from Tony 'n Tina's wedding will offer hilarious entertainment from the popular interactive show.
The hours for Festa Italiana are as follows:
Aug. 4: 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Aug. 5: 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Aug. 6: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
