MidiCi Neapolitan Pizza To Open On Naperville Riverwalk
The high-end restaurant preps fresh pizza in special ovens that reach up to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit.

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville will be getting a new pizza restaurant along the riverwalk just in time for summer. MidiCi Neapolitan Pizza Company plans to open up on 135 Water St. in downtown Naperville in the coming months, according to their website.
MidiCi is known for using fresh ingredients to craft handmade pizzas that bake up in less than two minutes. Inspired by traditional Neapolitan recipes, the dough is made with sea salt, water, live yeast, and flour imported from Naples.
The menu centers around Neapolitan pizza, with specialty variations that include such ingredients as housemade pesto, truffle cream, and even bacon and eggs. In addition to pizza, MidiCi will serve up burrata with melon and prosciutto, meat and cheese plates, and kale and ricotta salads, in addition to other items.

Diners will be able to finish up their meals with espresso, wild hibiscus tea, or craft beer. If you're more of a dessert person, there's the restaurant's signature nutella calzone.
The design of MiDiCi Neapolitan Pizza Company will put the open kitchen and bar center stage so diners can watch the chefs as they slice meat and craft meals. Pizzas are cooked in special handbuilt wood-fire ovens that can reach up to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit.
