MUGSHOT MONDAY: Lewd Exposure, Theft of Service, Criminal Damage

1. JEMAR R. WESLEY, 35, of Naperville, was charged with public indecency and lewd exposure in the 150 block of School Street on Oct. 9.
2. NATHANIEL L. MCCALL, 19, of Naperville, was charged with knowingly damaging property in the 0-10 block of Olympus Drive on Oct. 9.
3. DARRYL DWAYNE MITCHELL, 22, of Chicago, was charged with theft in the 100 block of 4th Avenue on Oct. 8.
4. TATYANA NICOLE FEE, 19, of Winfield, was charged with theft of services in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue on Oct. 7.
5. ELIZABETH OQUENDO, 27, of Naperville, was charged with driving on a suspended license in the 1500 block of Ogden Avenue on Oct. 7.
6. DAVID E. BURJA, 22, of Lockport, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license near 75th Street and Modaff Road on Oct. 7.
7. SANDRA HUTCHINS, 44, of Aurora, was charged with retail theft in the 2700 block of West 75th Street on Oct. 7.
8. ANDRE NORRIS, 21, of Naperville, was arrested on an active warrant in the 300 block of South Washington St. on Oct. 7.
9. KENNETH ARMSTRONG, 20, of Naperville, was arrested on an active warrant in the 1400 block of Georgia Court on Oct. 7.
