NAPA AUTO PARTS Unveils New Transformed Store at Community Grand Reopening Event

October 15 Celebration Combines Day of Trick-or-Treating and Fall Festivities

NAPA AUTO PARTS, the nation’s top brand in the automotive aftermarket, will unveil its newly revamped facility in Naperville with a blowout grand reopening celebration on Saturday, October 15 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The one-day only event will feature fall festival activities, which include kids’ trick-or-treating and hundreds of NAPA’s most popular items at rock-bottom prices - plus in-store coupons

Naperville Mayor Steve Chirico will join the celebration for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 a.m.

NAPA takes pride in giving back to the communities it serves and is partnering with the Northern Illinois Food Bank to sponsor a non-perishable food drive from 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. Visitors are welcome to bring in non-perishable items or make a donation. This admirable organization provides meals to residents in 13 counties in Northern Illinois, feeding more than 71,000 people each week.

To meet increasing demand for auto parts and supplies among residents in the surrounding communities, the Naperville NAPA store located at 700 Enterprise Court was selected as one of the company’s national priority locations for extensive upgrades. The transformed store offers a clean new look, an expanded product lineup of over 21 million parts in inventory and a significantly enhanced experience for consumers.

To highlight the new store, NAPA is making October 15 a fun-filled, family-friendly day complete with a complimentary lunch and activities for all ages, including:

· Kids’ trick-or-treating throughout the day; costumes are welcomed and encouraged

· Northern Illinois Food Bank non-perishable food drive

· Kids’ face painting and petting zoo: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

· Free food and drink: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

· WERV – 95.9 The River, Live Remote Broadcast: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

· WCCQ – 98.3 Your Hometown Country Station, Live Remote Broadcast: 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.

· Chance to win free automotive accessories and tools
