Naper Nights Brings Live Music, Eats To Naper Settlement

NAPERVILLE, IL -- Naperville residents can see live music and enjoy eats and drinks throughout the summer at Naper Nights, an annual event that is held at Naper Settlement. The 2019 season kicks off on June 14 with a special themed night featuring female performances.

The series of weekend concerts features tribute bands from throughout the U.S. once a month through August 17. The schedule is as follows:

June 14

5 p.m.: Performance by School of Rock students

6 p.m.: Landslide, featuring the music of Fleetwood Mac

8 p.m.: Goddesses of Rock, featuring the music of Madonna, Janis Joplin, Tina Turner, Pat Benatar, Lady Gaga, and more

June 15

5 p.m.: Performance by School of Rock students

6 p.m.: The Doors of Chicago, playing the hits of the Doors

8 p.m.: Rocks Off, a nine-piece band featuring rock instruments and brass, covering the Rolling Stones

July 19

5 p.m.: Performance by School of Rock students

6 p.m.: Simply Billy, performing the music of Billy Joel

8 p.m.: The Belfast Cowboys, a 9-piece band that covers Van Morrison

July 20

5 p.m.: Performance by School of Rock students

6 p.m.: Spaceface, Chicago-based musicians playing the hits of David Bowie

7:45 p.m.: Think Floyd USA performs Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the U.S. landing on the moon

August 16

6 p.m.to 10 p.m.: Soundtracks of a Generation, with cover artists playing a variety of genres of music from different eras, including Latin Rock, Blues, Soul, and more.

August 17

6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.: Rico, performing the music and style of Santana

8 p.m. to 10 p.m.: The THE BAND Band, a New York-based band that plays traditional Americana music

Food will be available from a variety of vendors that include Billy Brick's Wood-Fired Pizza, Nandos Peri-Peri Chicken, Angeli's, and more. Adults can enjoy drinks from Bell's Brewing and Rodney Strong Vineyards.

Tickets to Naper Nights are $15 for adults and $10 for children ages five and older. Naper Settlement members and children four or younger get in free.
