Naper Nights Opens With Tom Petty Tribute

NAPERVILLE, IL — The annual Naper Nights music celebration will bring dancing and fun to Naper Settlement with six nights of tribute bands that will kick off with a tribute to the late Tom Petty. The first concert, featuring PettyBreakers, is slated for 8 p.m. on Friday, June 15.

The tribute band hails from Southern California and jams out with "American Girl," "Free Fallin'," and other Tom Petty favorites.

In addition to the music, the monthly concert series will feature martial arts demonstrations, painting lessons, and a chance for concert goers to try their hands at hula hooping.

Throughout the summer, Naper Nights will fall on June 15 an 16, July 20 and 21, and August 17 and 18.
