Naperville Boy, 9, Aces ACT, Inspires Others To 'Dream Big'

Isaac Chang, 9, of Naperville mastered the ACT on his first try. He's also a budding composer and musician.

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville fourth-grader Isaac Chang isn't afraid of dreaming big. The 9-year-old, who decided to take the ACT test "for fun" ended up getting close to a perfect score on the high school exam, Chicago Tribune reports.

Chang scored 35 on the test, which colleges use to screen potential students. He was just one point shy of the highest possible score of 36,

The exceptional 9-year-old is also a budding musician who composes his own songs for the piano. When he was just in second grade, Isaac wrote music and lyrics for a song called "Dream Big," which Clow music teacher Ryan Henry shared on his SoundCloud page.
