Naperville Couple Finds Expletive Written in Burger King Wrapper

The worker who did it has since been fired.

NAPERVILLE, IL — A Naperville couple is feeling flame broiled after finding a hurtful message written on the inside of their Burger King wrappers.

Nancie and Martyce Murphy went through a 95th and Book Road Burger King to get some food. When they got home, they both found the words “F--k you” written in their wrappers.

"He (sat) here at the table, took one bite and then said, 'Honey, I think you need to look,'" Nancie told ABC 7. She found the same message in her wrapper.

When they called the restaurant, the manager denied that it happened and said he didn’t believe them.

The next morning she spoke to a supervisor who said a worker admitted to writing the message because he was having a bad day. He has since been fired.
