Naperville District 203 To Host 'State Of The District' Events

The interactive sessions are set for Sept. 19 and 20.

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville Community Unit School District 203 will host two informational "State of the District" meetings to kick off its annual initiative to foster engagement between district officials and community members. At the events, slated for Sept. 19 and Sept. 20, district Superintendent Dan Bridges will discuss recent accomplishments, give financial updates, and touch on some of District 203's upcoming initiatives.

The interactive meetings will also give parents and other residents a chance to ask questions and bring up concerns they have about the school district.

The State of the District meetings are part of the school district's Future Focus 203 initiative, which started in 2013 to foster open communication and feedback between district officials and parents. Since the meetings began, District 203 has initiated a successful Social and Emotional Learning curriculum and revamped its libraries to promote more personalized learning experiences for students.
