UPDATE: Naperville Domestic Violence Suspect Apprehended

White Thorn Court had increased police activity due to a domestic violence incident and home invasion. He was caught, a press release said.

Update: Monday 2:27 p.m. Naper Notify sent out an email at 2:23 p.m. Monday saying the suspect has been apprehended. "The suspect police were searching for in reference to a home invasion and domestic violence incident earlier today has been apprehended. Thank you for your cooperation during this incident."

NAPERVILLE, IL — White Thorn Court, south of 87th Street and east of Route 59, is seeing a large police presence, according to a Naper Notify email sent around 12:30 p.m. Monday.

Police are investigating a home invasion and a domestic violence incident, according to the email, and are searching for a suspect.

They describe the suspect as a man in his 30s who may be armed with a handgun. He was last seen driving a maroon Nissan Murano.
