Kevin M. Lynch, who was licensed in Illinois in 1990, was suspended for one year. In 2013, he’s alleged to have neglected a client’s eviction matter, made several misrepresentations to the client about the status of the matter, represented to the court that he had his client’s authority to file a lawsuit when he did not and fabricated a document which he presented to his client that purported to award damages to his client and allow him to regain possession of a property the client was renting to a tenant.
