Naperville Man Charged Again With Public Indecency

A 35-year-old Naperville man accused two years ago of fondling himself while ordering food at drive through has been arrested again in recent days for public indecency, according to the Naperville Sun.

Jemar R. Wesley was arrested on Thursday after a woman reported seeing Wesley standing or exiting his apartment on the 100 block of Wesley Street while “completely nude and exposing his genitalia in a lewd manner,” according to the newspaper. Police said had exposed himself in a similar manner on four separate occasions, the Naperville Sun reports.
