Naperville Man Charged with Possession of Child Pornography

Naperville Police received several cyber tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

A Naperville man has been arrested on charges of possession of child pornography.

Lafayette Riley, 26, was taken into custody after numerous images of child pornography were located on his computer. RIley was subsequently charged with the following: (4) Counts of Possession of Child Pornography (Class 3 Felony)

Members of the Naperville Police Department Investigation’s Division and High Technology Crimes Unit executed a search warrant May 21 in the 700 block of Inland Circle after receiving several cyber tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call the Naperville Police Department. Riley was subsequently transported to the DuPage County Jail to await a bond hearing.
