Naperville Parade Of Lights Canceled Due To Rain
There is no rain date, but the parade will return in 2019.
NAPERVILLE, IL --- The Naperville Parade of Lights was canceled Saturday due to rain. Little Friends announced the cancellation via email and said there is no rain date for the event.
Parade organizers said that the safety of parade goers and participants was their top priority and that the weather conditions "provide too many risks to those involved." They added that they were "disappointed" that the parade had to be canceled.
The Parade of Lights will be back for the 2019 holiday season.
